I went through the arduous (ha, ha!) task of tasting as many Fair trade, Organic, Sustainable Coffee's, in order to provide you all with a list of the top five.  I chose these five companies because not only are their coffee's some of the best I have ever tasted, but they are the most Sustainable doing things like offsetting their carbon footprints, donating to sustainable and community programs and working hard to ensure that the coffee they buy is coming from places where workers are treated well, paid well, and living better lives!  Please read the reviews, and choose one or two to try out!  You won't regret it!

I have given each of these Coffee Roasters an Eco and Sustainable rating of 5, as they are all superb in their commitment to the environment and displaying conscious Sustainability!
