Signature Coffee is owned and operated by the VP of Specialty Coffee Associaton of America, Karyn Lee-Thomas, and has been in business for 20 years. They are strictly Certified Organic by the CCOF (California Certified Organic Farmers) in all aspects from cultivation to cup since 1991. This coffee roaster follows strict guidelines in all roasting, agricultural production and handling to ensure the customer is getting a superb and healthy cup of Organic coffee. They roast each batch of coffee with love, donating 25 cents from every pound sold of their Wild & Free Blend to Friend of the EEL, an Organization to help save this endangered river, showing their wild love for the planet each day. The beans they offer are available from South America, Central America, Indonesia, and Africa, from Extra Dark Roast (called Black Thunder and my personal favorite), dark, medium, and lighter roasts and a variety of blends are all available. They are dedicated to supporting their Local Community by donating money to local non-profit organizations with their 'Coffee with a Cause' program, and even the owner, Karyn, lives off the grid and grows her own Organic vegetables.
